BUYER FAQ

Questions before sampling.

What is the difference between structured and unstructured caps?

Structured caps use support in the front crown for a firmer shape. Unstructured caps have a softer profile. Material, fit and branding should be reviewed with the chosen construction.

Can crown height and visor shape be customized?

Yes. Crown profile, panel pattern and flat or curved visor direction can be reviewed from a sample, measurements or reference images.

What affects MOQ?

Style, material availability, color breakdown, decoration and packaging all affect the workable minimum. We confirm MOQ after reviewing the project.

Can I request a sample?

Yes. Sample timing and cost depend on the design, materials and decoration method. We confirm the arrangement before sampling.

What affects production lead time?

Material sourcing, construction, decoration, quantity, revision rounds and packing requirements. A delivery commitment follows specification and order review.
