How inquiry information is handled.

Information submitted through the RFQ form

When you submit an inquiry, we may receive your company name, contact name, business email, country or market, product interest, estimated quantity, timing and the project details you choose to provide.

How we use the information

We use inquiry information to review manufacturing feasibility, respond to your request, prepare a quotation, coordinate samples and communicate about the potential business project. We do not use RFQ details to create unrelated consumer profiles.

Third-party form service

The current RFQ form is delivered through FormSubmit, a third-party form transmission service, to our sales Gmail address. Information submitted through the form is therefore processed by that service and by Google as our email provider. Do not submit passwords, payment-card data or other highly sensitive personal information.

Analytics and cookies

The site contains a structure for basic analytics and conversion measurement. Analytics is only activated after the site owner supplies a valid measurement identifier. If activated, the provider may use cookies or similar technologies to measure page visits and actions such as quotation-button clicks and RFQ submissions.

Retention and sharing

Business inquiry information is kept only as reasonably needed to manage the sales conversation, quotation or order and related records. It may be shared with relevant production, sourcing, inspection or logistics parties only when necessary for the project.
