CUSTOM HEADWEAR QUALITY CONTROL

Quality control starts with an agreed reference.

A written specification, approved sample and defined inspection standard reduce ambiguity throughout custom headwear production.

01

1. Specification check

Construction, measurements, material, color, logo position, closure, trims, labels and packing details are reviewed before production.

02

2. Incoming material check

Main materials and trims are checked against the confirmed direction before they are released for production.

03

3. Pre-production reference

The approved sample and written comments are kept as the working reference for shape, measurements, artwork placement and workmanship.

04

4. Cutting and sewing checks

Key construction points, panel alignment and sewing appearance are followed during production so issues can be identified before completion.

05

5. Decoration check

Embroidery, patches, printing or other decoration is reviewed for position, size, color direction and overall appearance against approved artwork.

06

6. Measurement and appearance

Selected pieces are checked for agreed dimensions, symmetry, shape, visible defects and cleanliness.

07

7. Final inspection

Final checks cover product appearance, assortment, quantity, labeling and buyer-defined inspection requirements. Third-party inspection can be discussed when required.

08

8. Packing verification

Inner packing, carton quantity, carton marks and shipping information are checked against the confirmed order instructions.
