CUSTOM HEADWEAR OEM PROCESS

From product brief to export-ready headwear.

A reliable custom order depends on complete specifications, written approvals and checkpoints that both sides can follow.

01

1. Inquiry and specification review

Share the hat style, reference images or tech pack, intended material, decoration, color breakdown, quantity, destination and target delivery date.

02

2. Feasibility and quotation

We review construction and missing details, then confirm the quotation basis, MOQ, sample terms, commercial term and items excluded from the price.

03

3. Material and color direction

Available material, color, trims and closure options are checked against the project. Custom-developed materials or trims may require additional minimums and time.

04

4. Sample development

Sampling begins after the main specification and material direction are confirmed. Timing depends on fabric availability, decoration complexity and revision requirements.

05

5. Sample review and approval

The buyer reviews fit, shape, measurements, artwork placement, workmanship and packing details. Written comments and the approved sample become the production reference.

06

6. Bulk production

Production is scheduled after order details and approvals are complete. Lead time is confirmed for the specific quantity, material, decoration and packing plan.

07

7. Inspection

In-line and final checks focus on approved measurements, appearance, decoration, trims, labeling, quantity and packing. Third-party inspection can be discussed when required.

08

8. Packing and dispatch

Carton marks, assortment, export documents, handover location and shipping responsibilities are confirmed before dispatch.
